Subscriptions are re-billed on the 1st of every month

Smaller boxes ship the first week of each month, Larger boxes ship the 3rd week each month.

International orders with multiple subscriptions will be grouped and shipped together in the 3rd week week of each month

Magickal Folk can not be responsible for incorrect delivery addresses, please double check your shipping address!

Email notifications will be sent to the account address on file

CANCEL A SUBSCRIPTION

POSTPONE A SHIPMENT

EDIT A DELIVERY ADDRESS

CHANGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BOX

UPDATE YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION

This site is the original subscription site and is the home of subscriptions from Cratejoy Marketplace

All marketplace subscriptions must be managed through the marketplace!



www.magickalfolkshop.com is another online shop I operate that offers site that offers a different variety of products including subscriptions!






What about selling out?

Unfortunately, boxes do sell out. The current ship date and purchase options are available in the product description.
If a box is sold out for the current month, your purchase will count towards a pre-order box the for following month and you will not be rebilled until the first of the month after you receive your first box.
Depending on the date of your purchase, you may receive a notification stating your rebilling date. Do not worry, this is us working behind the scenes to make sure you are not double billed! You can disregard.
Accounts are updated 3 days before the end of each month.

Delivery Fees

Delivery Fees  If you choose to subscribe multiple subscriptions I will do my best to combine them all in one box.

As a company, I try very hard to reduce our footprint and reduce paper usage. Handling and Delivery Fees are based on order totals per subscription and are usually only a percentage of the actual shipping.

Packages are most often shipped via USPS first class mail and do not carry insurance. If you need insurance or prefer priority mail please contact me!
